This girl is hilarious! She doesn't stop moving or talking and must be wearing shoes and accessories and carrying around all sorts of things. She did stop to say "Cheeeese!"
She always brings me shoes and backs her little bum into my lap so I can put them on. Obviously matching isn't a problem for her!

Dax turned 4 this week!
When I asked Dax what he wanted for his Birthday he said, "cake". When I asked him what kind of cake he wanted he said, "brown". So, here is his "brown cake"!
He LOVED it when we all sang to him!
When we were at Disneyland, Dax seemed to like Woody and Buzz the best. He has really liked watching the Toy Story movies lately too, so it became the theme of his Birthday!
So focused on his new Buzz Lightyear car racing toy.
My parents took the adults in my family to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico at the beginning of the month! It was awesome and we had so much fun! Yes, I realize how lucky we are to get two vacations in a row! Here's all of us at dinner.
We were always amazed by how many trays our waiters would carry out to our table. They earned a few rounds of ovation!
Only 4 of the 5 desserts that Jace ordered fit into the picture. Amazingly enough all 5 fit in his stomach!
At one of the restaurants they made yummy rum caramel sauce for crepes. So good!
None of us drink alcohol... at least not on purpose!

We did a zip line tour in the jungle that was awesome! There was about 12 different zip lines, a Tarzan swing, 2 rappels, 2 hanging latters, and few hanging bridges. The only scary part was walking around a tiny platform 90 feet above above the ground, Yikes!
Thank you so much Mom and Dad! It couldn't have been any better!

oops, a month later... When we were in California we also spent 2 days at the beach. It was the kids first time and they loved it!
The beach we go to is Three Arch Bay in Laguna Niguel. This is obviously why it's called Three Arch Bay:
It's the "only true beach" in So Cal, at least that's what we always hear! We are very lucky to get hook ups to go there and we love it!
Most of the crew that was with us. Dax took off running towards the beach as soon as he saw it. Once he reached the sand he wouldn't put his foot down on it. He got use to it soon enough and headed straight for the water!
We saw someone who we thought for sure must be a celebrity...

We just got back from a great trip to Southern California! We stayed a mile away from Disneyland so we made sure to get a couple of days in there. The kids loved it! We loved being so close so that we could head back to the condo in the middle of the day so the kids could nap and then head right back! Our kids are normally on such a schedule but surprisingly did great without any set schedule.
Dax was big enough to ride almost everything and he loved The Matterhorn and laughed most of the way!
Talk about getting Shae to sit still... nothing worked better than the Pooh Bear ride, It's a Small World, Dumbo, and the Carousal! She was very focused.
Both kids loved the carousal!!! (Good thing there's one in town at the zoo!)
We all loved the Buzz ride. I actually beat Brandon's score here! I know, impressive!
