My Friend Sarah took the most amazing pictures of Dax! These are only a few of the shots she got. How am I ever going to decide which ones to frame?!!!

Cruisin'
We just got back from a cruise and I think I've doubled in size! The cruise went to Cabo and Encinata Mexico. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures, how lame are we? We brought our camera and it stayed in the safe the whole time! We ate, relaxed, ate, slept, ate, and read all day everyday; now that's a vacation! Being pregnant, the only excursions they would allow me to do were the lame old people bus tours. I wasn't too interested in that so I ended up reading 3 books instead! (Quick reads like, "True Believer" by Nicholas Sparks, "Sundays at Tiffany's" and "Cross" by James Patterson.) Brandon was able to go scuba diving in Cabo and got to see some seals, seahorses and more fish in any one area than he's seen before. I missed being in the ocean but I'm already looking forward to next years Maui trip where I'll get lots of ocean time! I sure do love a vacation but I definitely missed my little guy this time! It was so great to get home and see Dax!

WHAT?!
- Dax is really tall for his age and is off the charts. I often wonder how tall he will be, mainly because Brandon and I aren't especially tall. I found this height predictor on baby center. It asked for his height(3'2"), weight(30 lbs), age(2), and his parents heights(5'5" and 5'8"). This is what it came up with:
- Height Predictor
- Find out how tall your child will be
- Your boy will likely be 6 ft. 6 in. at age 18.
- Learn More: Young men often continue to grow a little past 18 until they reach 21, but their height at age 18 is very close to their final adult height. This prediction is a "best guess" but it's still just that -- a guess. Based on the formula we used* there is a 50 percent chance that your boy's full-grown height will be within 0.8 inches (above or below) of this prediction, and a 90 percent chance that it will be within 2.1 inches.
- Yeah, I don't believe he'll be 6'6" but maybe I'll be surprised!
Yumminess!
My new favorite lunch is this crunchy, cheesy, yummy pizza! It's so easy and so good! You need:
- A George Forman (An oven would obviously work also, but not as quick or as well if you ask me)
- Pita bread
- Prego tomato sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- toppings (these days I like pepperoni)
- a glass
Heat the George Forman. Make your pizza as you like it on the Pita bread, and place it on the hot grill. Close the grill so that it rests on the glass (heating the pizza but not burning the cheese). Cook for 5-10 minutes (I say 10 so it's nice and crispy)
