Sleepers

My kids are crazy sleepers and I love finding them in funny sleep positions. Are they ever as sweet as when they're asleep? (I just made that up in case you were wondering)

Dax usually sleeps on the floor, but this was a pretty funny place to get himself into!

I don't know... at least he's mostly on his bed.

I layed her down for a second still soaking wet to get Dax dressed. I came right back to see her totally checked out.

Such a sweetie! One minute reading, the next minute sleeping!

I know, I know, don't put your baby to sleep with a bottle... At least she drank it all before falling asleep :)

Halloween

Dax was a pirate this year for Halloween. He didn't quite have the hook figured out but it seemed to work anyway. Shae was a cute little cat. With her crawling all over the place, it seemed to fit. We went to Dax's school for his Halloween party.

Dax was doing just fine walking around for the parade until...He saw us! It was over for most of the party for him. He just wanted to go home with me. Luckily by the end he relaxed and realized that I wasn't going anywhere and he had fun eating some snacks, coloring, and doing some ghost bowling.

That was the extent of our celebrating Halloween because that night we got a babysitter and... went to the Utah game! The kids can trick-or-treat next year ;)

No, I'm not a bad mom, neither of them would have cared!

These two kids love the water and make bath time lots of fun!

Brother and Sister

Yeah, we're seeing some interaction between these two lately. Dax gets right in Shae's face like this to say hi. Unfortunately he thinks it's hilarious to push her down. They love crawling around together, screaming and laughing. I'm so glad they like each other!

Dax! Don't play with your food! It's so strange to see Shae standing up all the time! ...and still putting everything in her mouth!

What Has Dax Been Up To?

Dax turned 3!!!

His new trampoline was a huge hit! The dinosaurs were too and insisted on holding all of them at the same time... (see below pic) He also started pre-school! He's such a big boy and seems to love it already! He will come home from school and repeat everything that was said. "Michael, get your backpack", "Isaac, leave it outside", "Jared, time to clean up" "Dax, get ready".

Poor guy got his first shiner. Of course he ran into something... this time a chair. He decided that he needs to carry as many toys as possible. Holding those 4 dinosaurs it's pretty interesting to see him try and pick up something else too!

Dax use to NEVER wear a hat or glasses. Now, once there on, there's no getting them off! So funny, he'll even sit and read a book with them on!
