Dax's school had a family fun day. They put big bouncy houses and slides in the gym and let everyone at it. The kids loved it! Dax probably went down that slide 50 times. What a workout to climb, but worth every bit!

Dax and Shae loved their costumes! They have been playing with the dolls at their grandmas lately so were excited to see themselves all dressed up. They also both got the hang of trick-or-treating this year and loved getting so many treats! Here's some pictures with some of Dax's friends and teachers at his school parade.

OK, I can't hold back the excitement any longer, I have to tell you about a brand new product called ageLOC Vitality!
First let me tell you what it has done for me. I have such good consistent energy all day long. Nothing that feels weird, just good and clear! The other morning I went to a spin class (which normally would kick my boot-ay) and I. was. killing it! I was giddy because I felt that good and strong the whole hour. Normally I get shaky legs and am pretty whooped the rest of the day. None of that happened though. I felt awesome all day and thought to myself that I could do that class over that night. I've never felt like that before. My mood seems more even, I'm not as ravenous as I normally am, and I haven't been too tired at night if you know what I mean. (oops TMI!)
