More of the Kids

Dax! Don't play with your food! It's so strange to see Shae standing up all the time! ...and still putting everything in her mouth!

What Has Dax Been Up To?

Dax turned 3!!!
His new trampoline was a huge hit! The dinosaurs were too and insisted on holding all of them at the same time... (see below pic) He also started pre-school! He's such a big boy and seems to love it already! He will come home from school and repeat everything that was said. "Michael, get your backpack", "Isaac, leave it outside", "Jared, time to clean up" "Dax, get ready".
Poor guy got his first shiner. Of course he ran into something... this time a chair. He decided that he needs to carry as many toys as possible. Holding those 4 dinosaurs it's pretty interesting to see him try and pick up something else too!
Dax use to NEVER wear a hat or glasses. Now, once there on, there's no getting them off! So funny, he'll even sit and read a book with them on!

What Has Shae Been Up To?

Getting big and looking cute!
EVERYTHING goes in this girls mouth!
Busy, busy girl! I turned my back for a second with the food well out of reach, or so I thought!

Shae with her Grandmas

She just pulled herself on Grandpas leg and sat there for a while. Who know grandpas leg could be so comfortable!

Shae is such a poser! She always pulls herself to where she wants to go then stops to strike this pose.

Busted Computer

I have a broken computer and let me just tell you what a huge inconvenience this is! I've got soBulleted Listmany great pictures to share but they must wait until my computer gets fixed. I only have limited access to Brandon's laptop for now. So, when I get it fixed I'll post about Dax's birthday, starting school, Shae's latest busy-girlness, Park City, and P90X. Actually since no pictures will be accompanying the P90X results I can share that now!

I actually finished it! I stuck with the workout program for 90 days and ate, mostly ;) really well. I lost 8lbs, 3 inches off my waist, 3 1/2 off my hips, 3/4 inch off my arms, and 1 1/2 off my thighs. Yeah! Now I just need to stay motivated! ...or get motivated after I take a week or two off and eat some yummy treats!

The hairstylist and the Guy.

Once upon a time there was a girl. She was a hairstylist and enjoyed changing her own hair. She started dating a guy when she looked like this:

He couldn't resist her! He kept asking her out through all the hair changes. Once he even expressed how he enjoyed her pink streaks.
When they decided to get married, he wrote her a note listing all the MANY reasons why he loved this girl. Near the top of the list it stated, "your ever changing hairstyles".
...And of course the hair continued to change!
He never once complained or even gave a suggestion. UNTIL... the girl got extensions. Big mistake on the girls part because now the guy had an opinion. When asked what color she should choose next, the guy would respond, "long!"
He really didn't care if it were pink, black, blond, or green as long as it stayed long. "Nasty opinion!" the girl thought, and still changed her hair.
But eventually grew it out long for a change.
Given the history of this girl, the guy should have known it wouldn't last forever. So when the girl cut off her long locks to a medium length, you would be very confused that the guy was very sad. The girl said, "Remember me? I'm the girl you fell in love with. The one who likes to change!" Well, the guy will have to always remember that, because this is just one of the many many many changes that will continue to happen!
