i LOVE the summer!

One of my favorite things to do when the weather is nice, is to go for a walk with my family in the evening. After dinner when it's still light for a while we get out this beast of a stroller and walk around our neighborhood. I'm so glad that I have it because Dax still likes to ride in a stroller and Shae's car seat fits perfectly.

After our walk Dax still wanted to be outside, so we gave his bicycle a try.

He's still learning... Daddy had to help him keep his feet on the pedals.

Shae is getting so big, I can't stand it!

Dax finally got a haircut! It was quite the change and he looks so much older now! He's a cutie and I love it.

Summer Clothes!!!

It's that great time of year that I can bust out the shorts and know that I probably won't be too cold. This morning I went downstairs to find my box of summer clothes. I didn't get to wear most of them last summer because of the prego belly, so I was very excited to open that box and decide what I would wear to the zoo today. Well, after searching and more searching and panicking and more searching, and frantically looking through every possible storage place in my home. (Of course it's not in with the holiday stuff, but it's no where else!) I had the sad realization that I grabbed it along with the old clothes to be donated a couple of months ago. I know, cry, cry, cry! I'm trying not to remember all the cute clothes in that box that I'll never see again. I don't even know how I did that and I'm sick to my stomach! Now I will have to go buy new clothes with all the extra money I have laying around... None! I guess as an alternative I can just wear sweat shorts, or skirts all summer.

Easter Weekend

We had a fun weekend in St. George with my family! The highlights were golfing, swimming, gaming, EATING, relaxing, and of course having a great time! Oh how I love Easter baskets and all their yumminess! I think I indulged a little too much!

Dax and his basket, Easter morning. The Easter Outfits Shae got to go swimming too. She didn't hate it, but we don't know if she liked it either. We sure liked her in a swimsuit though!

We went golfing with my parents and had a great time... despite our (Mine and Brandon's) rusty efforts.

My mom on the other hand rocked the course and got her best score!

I don't know how my Dad did it, but he totally cleared it!

Sky Mountain is such a beautiful course!

Back at the condo we couldn't keep Brandon away from the new Halo boards. We love his nerdyness!
