Watching and hearing these two play together is one of my most favorite things! They're such good buddies!

Shae's Blessing

Shae was blessed yesterday at our church by her Daddy. It was a special moment and a great day! She wore the same dress that I wore when I was blessed 30 years ago!

We finally got ourselves a family picture. Of course with crazy Dax, this was the best we could get... and yes we still needed a little photoshop.
My sisters and our new little babies. Shae is catching up to them in size way too fast! We had lots of support and love from our families. These are some pictures of everyone at our house afterwards for some grub. Thanks for sharing that special day with us!

Out with the old, In with the new!

This is the first car that I bought. I got it in 2000 brand new. Now it's worth nothing which totally sucks. Anyway, it's been good to me the last 9 years but it's time to move on. The poor car sure needed a new paint job and some new tires. It also had a dent in the back from a hit and run in a parking lot. I was so worried that we wouldn't be able to sell it. Lucky for us, we started getting calls on it as we were still posting it online! It sold the next morning! Such a relief to be able to sell it so quickly! This is the new car! It's a Dodge Magnum. Brandon had been looking for them and found an amazing deal on this one. It was exactly the one he wanted, V8, all-wheel drive, silver, tinted windows. The only problem was, it was in California! So Brandon bought a ticket, flew down and drove it back! So fun to have a new car. It has some major "get up and go" and there's lots of room inside. So, for my eclipse, so long, we had some great times, and I wish you the best!

Shae is 5 weeks old!

Daddy was obviously having more fun than she was!

sneak peek

Dax needed a close up of his drum. We got a nice view in return!

It's a great day when nap time is perfectly executed so that there are 2 hours of complete silence and mom can get a good nap as well. Today was a great day!
