Shae has joined us!

Brooke went into labor last night and she had our baby girl at 10:43 pm. The quick facts: Shae Bowen, 21 inches, 7 pounds 14 ounces. She has a fair amount of dark hair and she's quite adorable. Everyone is doing great. Lots of pictures will be following, likely tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure I won't be getting any bigger than this since we're on countdown mode. So, here it is... the belly!

I know, you're wondering if I'm going to explode! This is such a crazy time in pregnancy because I can't get the thought out of my head that at any moment my water could break, or with each contraction I wonder if it's the beginning of the REAL ones. Anyway, I'm excited, ready and waiting!

Happy Birthday to me!

Yes, I am now 30 years old! I know, crazy. Actually I always thought it would be a big deal but I don't really feel like it's a big deal! I guess I did wake up feeling older though because I happen to be quite pregnant and things are getting more and more difficult to do! I also have a bit of a cold coming on, so unfortunately I didn't wake up feeling completely energetic and psyched for the day. But I love birthdays and it's turning out to be great! My awesome husband got me some chocolate chocolate doughnuts and cold milk for breakfast.... YUM!!! Then I opened this amazing present!!!: I'm so excited for some great picture taking! I know I have a ton to learn about it so don't be expecting much too soon! I still have more to come today so I'm off to have lots of fun and have a me day!

I've been tagged to post my 4th picture in my 4th file. So, here it is. This is of one from a scuba trip in Bonaire (it's near Aruba). It's not a favorite of mine but I think it's cool that the fish blends in between the coral. We went in the fall of 2005 and it was fabulous! We could dive as much as we wanted whenever we wanted. I think we went on 13-14 dives and a couple of them were night dives. For interest sake here are a few others from the trip.

Deck the Halls!

Such a great time of year, if you ask me! I was so excited to get the Christmas decorations out and I love my tree this year! Brandon even put lights on our house for the first time! Granted there's just a few but I love having some up!

These are our awesome stockings that my mom makes. I already have some good ideas for the next one! As I was putting everything up I couldn't help but think about putting everything away too. Either I have to be very on top of things after Christmas, or they just might be up until Valentine's Day!
