Krispy Kreme

How come nobody told me that Krispy Kreme is no longer on 13th East? I guess I really don't go much but I do love it and I did have big plans to go there! You know when you're looking forward to something so much and it doesn't happen? Lame! I guess I'll have to go somewhere else for my heart shaped doughnuts... But I don't think there is another place! How sad!

ZUMBA!

Turn it up and shake it!! I started this new excercise dance class called Zumba. Have you heard of it? Have you tried it? It is so super fun! It's Latin dancing so there's a lot of hip action and shimmy shimmy bam bam bam, if you know what I mean! Plus they said it burns like 700 calories in the hour! Can't beat that! So, if you notice Zumba at your gym I recommend trying it!

Discovery Gateway

This post is a little late for those of you who also ckeck out Katies blog. Dax and I finally went to Discovery Gateway with our friends Katie and Aspen. The kids had so much fun! They just cruised around and got to explore and play with everything in sight. So cool!

Bag Tag!

I've been tagged by Amy to share with all of you my bag and the contents in it. Depending on the day I have one of two so I guess I'll share both. This is my main purse:

As you can see it's a little scary but here it goes.

Of course my wallet full of credit cards (3; visa, MC, AMEX), membership or valid cards(10; Costco,2 library, rec. center, temple recommend, insurance card, 2 beauty supplies, cosmetology license and drivers license), stamped or reward cards(12; Cafe Rio, Subway, Great Harvest, Bajio, Paradise Bakery, zumba dance, Sports Chalet, SL Running Co., Wasatch Shadows, Buckle, Wet Seal, and Famous Footwear), and gift cards(8; Circuit City, 2 Target, Dillard's, Wal-mart, Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, and Paradise Bakery). I know I have some much needed shopping to catch up on. a checkbook and a bunch of smaller bills so I have change for clients. That's actually enough to even blog about because it's insane how many cards I have!!!

Money from work today, receipts, my Clie (PDA), granola bar, 100 cal Cheetos, tampon, body butter, work checkbook, nail file, all sorts of lip stuff (chapstick, lip glosses, lip stick, lip liner), concealer, cough drops, Curel sample, business cards, safety pins, and coupons for Krispy Kreme that I'd like to use one of these days.

Are you kidding me! I'm finding that this purse thing is revealing all sorts of stuff!

Now this is the purse I would usually have on days that I have Dax with me:

Some days it might look like this: (same purse, the outside stays on with magnets so you can switch! It was an awesome gift from my mom. They're called Miche bags)

And this is what is usually inside:

diaper, wipes, hand sanitizer, Visine, lip gloss, granola bar or snacks, dum dumms (happy but messy boy during shopping excursions), little books or toys, small measuring tape, receipts, and some cash and credit cards.

T.V.

YAY. I finally found a background for the blog that wouldn't delete anything! I haven't been taking any pictures lately and I'm really not doing anything very exciting. So, what should I blog about? Ok, how about T.V.! It tuns out that I like reality shows. Last night was "the amazing race" and I'm thrilled that Jennifer and her boyfriend got booted! Now I think I'm rooting for the hippies. I would be ok about any of the remaining teams winning though. Was anyone else excited about American Gladiators coming back!?! It was alright, I'm definately not going to make a point of watching it all the time, but if it's on I'll be watching to see who gets a good wipeout! I think Dance Wars was on at the same time last week and I'm afraid it's just going to be decent singers and decent dancers. (I mean, I could probably be on it! or not!) Nothing amazing or really that great when it's all combined. I guess that's a lot to ask trying to get Sabra from "So you think you can dance" to sing like Kelly Clarkson. Probably not going to happen. Every day before Prime time t.v. starts our new favoite show is Two and a half men. It's great and NOTHING gets Dax so excited and ready to get his groove on as the jingle on it. (manly man man man manly man man man...) Does anyone know who Horatio Cane is? Does anyone else hate him as much as I do? Brandon is the biggest fan of the CSIs and the Law and Orders. The stupid music and beginning voice on Law and Order and CSI Miami's Horatio Cane really put me over the edge! That's my say in T.V right now. So, until Jan. 31st when Lost starts again (YAY!) I'll be entertained with whatever crap that comes on!

Ouch!

Here's just another Dax "bonk". Of course family pictures were supposed to be taken this day. Now he has a big scab across his forehead. It is pretty amazing how the human body can heal itself so well, otherwise I would have one sad looking kid!
